Each of our products must live up to the finest in quality standards as evidenced by our number one position in the vital wheat gluten industry. Additionally, all of Manildra's wheat-based products are non-genetically modified.
Our Hamburg, Iowa facility has earned the superior rating from the American Institute of Baking for the last several years, an accomplishment for which we are immensely proud.
