Bill joined Manildra in 1980 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He filled that position for over 18 years until 1998 when we was promoted to President of North American operations. Bill has 40 years of knowledge of grain based food operations to the daily growth of Manildra. |

Tom McCurry
Vice President -
Business Development
Tom joined Manildra in 1998 as National Sales Manager and became Vice President
- Business Development in January of 2001. He is responsible for Manildra's new
line of Isolated Wheat Proteins and Textured Wheat Proteins. |

Joe Carmosino
Technical Director
Joe began his career with Manildra in 1999.
He has over 20 years of experience in production
management and product development in the grain
based foods industry. His expertise includes
the formulation and manufacturer of modified
starches as well as hydrolyzed proteins. |

Deryl Hancock
Protein Process Engineering Manager
Deryl joined Manildra in 2000 and has developed a line of textured wheat proteins for vegetarian food products as well as for meat extensions. His primary responsibility is to develop and manufacture value added products. |

Mary Baehr
Customer Service
Mary has been with Manildra Group USA since
1982 and serves as the liaison between customers
and Manildra staff. She ensures product documentation
and pricing are correct and deliveries are on time. |
